Clinics are offered throughout the year to ZAP Team and Lesson divers as well as the diving community at large. "Olympic Dreams," our popular summer diving clinic, is a fun and intensive program that's as appropriate for first-timers as it is for more experienced divers seeking supplemental training for their respective summer clubs, high school, or age-group teams. Offered during summers and school breaks, ZAP clinics bridge the gap between regular season training cycles, and offer an opportunity for singular focus on diving away from the distraction of school-year responsibilities.
ZAP Team & Lesson divers are expected to participate in the summer Olympic Dreams Diving Clinic, and strongly encouraged to participate in additional clinics and camps when not in direct conflict with the Olympic Dreams Diving Clinic. We believe that exposure to a variety of coaches, methodologies, and diving environments is critical to diver development.
